Euroviewers maybe saw on TV that paperwork happening in the camps is feeding our database (others' too e.g. NGO's), including data aimed at pinpointing where a family belongs on the ground. Given accurate GIS/GPS, we'll be able to orient refugees to satellite views of their previous digs and get a sense of who goes where. Repatriation of Kosovars will not be as difficult as NATO surmizes, as Belgrade is working with civilian agencies well-versed in commercial reconstruction, including some USA flagship firms, many of them Pentagon defense contractors, but with branches in many areas -- most moving in the direction of civilian high tech as per the generic megatrend. Memories of recent atrocities will not disappear, but then neither will memories of decades and centuries of atrocities. Gross partitioning of ethnicities using razor wire and land mines is simply not in the cards -- unless you want to see the same thing happening in New York City. As I've already shared previously, many USA CEOs have no patience with the morons in Brussels (and tell their mostly Republican senators so, in no uncertain terms -- is what we're hearing via the SSCI). If NATO wants to play this like some brain dead WWIIer rerun, let it. But if they're going to replay WWII, they'll need to remember Russia was an allie against the Nazis and NATO is more the creature of LAWCAP's Cold War than of FDR's anti-fascism. And LAWCAP doesn't have much currency in the USA anymore (or rather, was coined by one of our own Medal of Freedom winners, an admirer of J.P. Morgan's). Motorola coming along with the peacekeeper pods, for next chapter installation, in the Balkans and elsewhere. Chinese don't need to "spy" to get some sneak previews of this stuff either (in which the national labs have long been interested, as per Project Renaissance scenario (check archives)). If this doesn't sound like what you're hearing on USA TV, don't worry about it too much. The fog of war is still thick. That move to blame Yugo MIGs for the Kosovar convoy fiasco was incredibly undermining of the Pentagon's need to show its enemy that it knows all about where every enemy jet is flying (because of AWACs 'n stuff). To have that NATO spokesperson suggest we were learning of Yugo MIGs in the area through eyewittness reports from Kosovar refugees on the ground was absolutely absurd. Tell that to the Iraqis why don't you? An eye opener to many in the chain of command, to realize that NATO is using pawns on the ground as its eyes and ears -- more fuel for the fire, when it comes to stoking anti-NATO sentiment in the Pentagon (latent suspicion becomes outrage in a hurry, given the amplified sentiments of wartime). Really, the USA does not work will with multinational "committees" all that well, when it comes to life or death planning of large scale actions -- the Russians either. So if NATO prima donnas what to hog the limelight and make their precious pronouncements in thick accents about their heroic derrings do, let them. We'll continue working quietly behind the scenes to create the business relationships and infrastructure plans necessary to post war conditions in the Balkans. If competing NATO firms don't get a piece of the peacetime action, that's their problem, not ours. ----- Aloha, He'Ping, Om, Shalom, Salaam. Em Hotep, Peace Be, Omnia Bona Bonis, All My Relations.
