Or his sponsors are multinational entities, and the whole 'conflict'
is a distractive campaign orchestrated for reasons we may or may not
have touched upon yet. Unimaginative theorists think that Kosova
was "Monica's war", started by Clinton to distract attention from
his personal/domestic troubles. Peel back another layer, and both
the he's-a-lying-fucker impeachment and Kosova can be seen as just
distractions from Sino/Indonesian bribery, or from Chinese expansion
and militarization, or west-to-Russia technology transfers, or... ??
Peel back another layer, and all the above are revealed as just more
prestidigitation, distraction from... what? What's under the next
layer? Is that the core? Is there ANY core?

Better yet, if you want to destabilize a national leader, go for
his/her support structure: the cronies, toadies, funders, those
who've backed the fucker and who're rewarded for that support.
The "100 Families" of Beograd who've gained handsomely from their
tool Milocevic would be rather pissed if their Swiss and Bahamian
accounts were sequestered, their Riviera villas confiscated, their
kids and cousins kicked out of American and European schools and
condos, their lifestyles seriously impinged. Attack the finances
of Milocevic's lieutenants and bankers, and he's gone, quicker
than Drano thru a duck. One needn't kill someone to destroy them.
Basic rule of reality: if your only recourse against someone is
violence, you're a dummy and you've already lost. If you're
smart, you hire/scare/inflame someone else to do the dirty work
for you, or you bribe your opponent, or you stay out of the
neighborhood. So either NATO is really dumb, or they've been
used by some other power. Who? Why?
