This has been going on for quite some time and is getting
ready to break....certain large players are holding the
goods over clnton administrations head for purposes of
coercion and special treatment...others are going to leak
anyway. This can only be called retroactive legislation, as
so much is today, to cover up PAST illegal activities by
legislating for them in supposed futuristic scenarios.
