Yesterday at one point during an interview (no idea with whom) on one
television news station, I heard someone say something that sounded like "It
might have been Ricks from Oklahoma City."  I know Ricks is in Oklahoma City
now, but was he based there before Waco?  If so, it goes a long way towards
explaining what happened.  Anybody out there with real information about
Ricks?  Prudy
