From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] September 5, 1999 Dear Rumor Mill News Readers.... I thought I would give you an update on what has been happening, both with the computers and with me. One of the computers, miraculously came back to life!! Hooray!!! I was on the telephone with the Compaq technician at the time itself. According to him, what happened, when it came back to life....is impossible. That is why I call it a "miracle". Many of the files on the computer are corrupted, and some files are completely missing from their folders... but for the most part, I still have all my information. As for the other one.... I spent four days and countless hours on the telephone with technicians from Compaq and Windows98. They finally decided that my files are probably still in in tact. But I can't reinstall Windows 98 without running the risk of losing some of the files. I was told to download the Iomega dos program from the web, and use it in the A drive of my broken computer to tell the computer to run my Zip drive. My only problem is: It is a zipped file, and when I unzip it, it won't fit on a floppy. Therefore, my computer doesn't know it has a zip drive which is big enough to hold my files. So... this is the condition of my computers. As for the attacks on Gunther Russbacher and his wife Rayelan.... They are continuing. But at least I have found out where they are coming from. Today, I could have taken the time to deal with the attacks, or I could have used the same 8 hours to clean up 15 pages from the Wilcher Report which I had scanned into my OCR reader, add my comments and send the three parts out to you. The reason it takes so long to clean up the Wilcher Report, once it is scanned is that Paul preferred to print everything in BOLD. Therefore, when it is copied, the type becomes fuzzy or runs together. Which would you have preferred I do? Spend eight hours responding to attacks that are so off base and stupid that they don't deserve a response.... or put out work that is vital to what is going on right now.... AT THIS MOMENT! Getting out true information is what I am all about. Those of you who have been reading the Rumor Mill for a while know that when I make mistakes, or when I get sucked in by an unscrupulous source, I admit it. When I am wrong... I tell the whole world. All you have to do is read the Rumor Mill News web page archives and you will find examples of the mistakes I have corrected. During the years I have been releasing information that powerful men would rather see buried, I have been accused of being a CIA disinformation agent, a KGB spy, a State Department Consular Operative, a spawn of satan, a New Age wacko, a right wing militia Mama, a left wing commie picko, a mind controlled assassin, a reptilian, a fundamentalist Bible banger, Gunther's control officer, a black ops Navy Intelligence Admiral, a drug mule, a poor deluded wife with an active imagination, and an alien spaceship commander. I am sure there have been a few I have missed. When Gunther and I first came under attack in 1991, he and I tried to respond to attacks. What we discovered is that all of our time was taken up responding to the attacks. We weren't accomplishing anything constructive that would lead to his being freed. I can remember one time my best friend, Barbara Honegger attacked Gunther and me so unmercifully that Dave Emory, from Radio Free America, brought me and Harry Martin on his radio show to respond to Barbara's pack of lies. It had taken Barbara 45 minutes to sprew out her attacks on Harry, Dave, Gunther and I... but it took Harry, Dave and I FOUR hours to respond and explain how she was wrong in everything she said. This taught all of us a very good lesson.... the lesson being, the government has clever ways to keep people so occupied that they don't have time to do the work that they are supposed to do. One thing I know for sure, is that God would not have placed me in such strategic places, if He did not want me to tell the world what I have seen and learned. I have seen and heard things that only people with the highest clearances ever hear. I have had lunch with men and women who really do know what is going on in the world. The present attacks appear to be attempts to keep me from putting out the information that is being given to me. I have discovered, from two independent researchers.... meaning they don't know each other.... that the source of the attacks is a woman named Virginia McCoullough. I have not spoken to Virginia since Christmas eve in 1991... Why do I remember the day so well? I remember it because it was right at the height of the controversy regarding Gunther being the October Surprise pilot. There had already been several attempts on his life and on mine. I was doing as many radio shows as I could. I was talking to as many reporters and investigators as I could. My phone bill was sky high. It averaged between $1500 to $3,000 during those years. Believe me, $3,000 adds up to a lot of tapes being sold each month. I had no other income at the time. That particular month was very bad financially for me. Most people were buying Christmas presents for their loved ones and not thinking about political prisoners. I had been so busy trying to keep Gunther alive, that I had forgotten about Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I realized I had no food in the house, let alone any money to buy a present for my mother who has lived with me the entire time. I called friends, trying to borrow enough money for food. Most of my friends were also being persecuted by the government, so they didn't have anything either. Then I remembered that Virginia McCoullough and her million dollar mansion. I figured she could afford to loan me $50.00. So I called her. The moment I asked her for money, she went ballistic. She began screaming that if she gave me money, she would have to give money to all the wives of the political prisoners, and if she did this, she wouldn't have any money to buy her kids Christmas presents. After I listened to her heartbreaking story about her selfish children who demanded expensive gifts, she said, "I never loan money to anyone! Don't ever ask me again." I hung up the phone. My mother and I went to our local church and stood in line for a bag of food. I had to take my mother with me, because if I had gone alone, they wouldn't have given me enough food for both of us. I never again called Virginia McCoullough, and when she called me, I hung up the phone the moment she identified herself. Virginia----THE VACUUM CLEANER Gunther later told me that Virginia was a "vacuum cleaner". This is a person who works for the government and gathers information from whistleblowers or investigators. Vacuum cleaners usually promise the person a movie, a book, an article or help with their case. Virginia promised help with our case. Needless to say, she never came through with ANY help whatsoever. I was told by, one of the two people who called me yesterday, to tell me that Virginia McCoullough is the source of the Internet attacks, that his Sources have told him that she is being paid to be a "disrupter". A "disrupter" throws out so much garbage that they succeed in "disrupting" the flow of accurate information. Most people, myself included, get hurt and then angry when we are attacked with blatant lies and disinformation. But, if I take the time to respond to people like Virginia, I will never have the time to do any research or writing. One of the other "Roo's" has arranged to do an interview with me over the telephone. When she finishes it, she will transcribe it and release it. I will also record it.... just to make sure that the transcription matches what was really said. She already has the questions written down that she wants to ask me regarding Virginia. One of the many things I have learned in my years with Gunther, is you never know who you can really trust. Even my so called best friends turned against me. One even testified in an affadavit that Gunther stole her credit card and misused it. We presented the fax she sent to the hotel, as evidence that she, herself, gave the credit card number to the hotel. Gunther and I never had her credit card number. What we had, was a fax from her which told us not to bother paying her back. She wanted us to just sign a note that said we borrowed the money so she could take if off her income tax as a bad loan. Even though we had proof that Gunther was innocent of stealing her credit card, the judge would not accept a fax, and Gunther spent two years in prison. Can you begin to imagine the level of betrayal that exists when you play the game at the level that Gunther played it. I will continue to put out information that I feel is true. I do not plan on getting sidetracked by "disrupters" like Virginia McCoullough. If I end up geting killed, like my friend Paul Wilcher and investigative reporter Danny Casolero did, I want each of you to make sure that when Virginia McCoullough states that she was my friend and colleague.... as she has stated about her and Danny Casolero, that all of you rise up and tell the world that Virginia makes her reputation on the backs of dead men and prisoners who are unable to defend themselves. If I were you, I would class everything she writes as disinformation and not even bother reading it. As for the Excerpts of the Wilcher Report that I just sent out in three parts. That was barely 15 pages of the 100 page report. I have already sold all of the copies I had. But it is being printed again. While there are things in the Report that I wish Paul had not put in..... mainly, his own opinions, the basic facts that he presented are true. The information that Gunther gave to Paul and me was that 7 "sleepers" were part of the church at the Davidian compound. These "sleepers" had been programmed to become chemical terrorists similar to the Japanese cult that used Sarin gas in the subways. Once you read the Wilcher Report in its entirity, you will see that this explanation, plus, the rivalry, the factions and the compartmetalization of the various Bureaus, Agencies and departments, are what caused the horror at Waco. I doubt very seriously if the mind control ascpect of the Waco disaster will ever be exposed. If it were, the government would have to expose the fact that they have been creating "terrorists" to be used in our own country. I am sure this is part of the plan the New World Order has created to reduce the population and get rid of all of us "useless" eaters. Unfortunately, the costs of printing the Wilcher Report are high.
