Enforcement is the nut thats for sure. There are many
Voluntary Gays Celibates and Neuters around though. Up
until this point forced population control has been called
War....we haven't had one in a while except for Billys
charades....at least now we are talking about our destiny in
our hands instead of our destiny in the hands of puppet
masters...seems to be going that way, anyway. It could and
probably will revert back with a bang though. Vanity
