HUANG ALLEGATIONS STUN WASHINGTON

John Huang, Clinton fund-raiser and former Commerce Department
official, has alleged to the FBI that White House aide Harold
Ickes called him at his government office in 1995 and asked him
to 'round up' money for the congressional campaign of Jesse
Jackson Jr... MORE...
Haung also claims James T. Riady, an Indonesian billionaire, told
Bill Clinton during a limousine ride in 1992 that he would raise
$1,000,000 for his presidential campaign.
The DRUDGE REPORT has learned that Huang made the allegations
during interviews with the FBI.
Huang charges: On August 14, 1992, between campaign stops in Los
Angeles, Riady told then Gov. Clinton that he would like to raise
$1,000,000 for Clinton's presidential campaign. Riady told Huang
about his conversation with Clinton, according to FBI documents,
and explained how he could not give the money directly to
Clinton. Huang claims that Riady ordered him to organize LIPPO
GROUP employees to distribute the money. In 1992, over $700,000
was given to the DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL COMMITTEE by LIPPO employees
holding green cards.
Alan Miller at the LOS ANGELES TIMES; David Johnston at the NEW

developing the information, according to publishing sources.
