Well, since at least one person asked, I'll stand up (on the regular
floor, not the soapbox THIS time ;-D ) and give it a go:
Try this: Live morally and spiritually as if the rapture/judgment were
happening in the next 5 minutes. Live economically and ecologically as
if it weren't happening for another 5,000 years. That means treat
EVERYONE the way you want to be treated, use your discernment, practice
careful stewardship of your treasure (this includes time and talent as
well as material goods), and don't destroy the earth, for, as the
Psalmist states "The earth is the Lord's, and the fullness thereof"
(Psalm 24:1). That goes back around to treating others as you want to
be treated. Of course if we all did that there would be no [insert bad
thing here], and probably no conspiracy either, which means there would
be no CTRL....and.....uh........<sits in corner she wrote herself into
and giggles>
