Seward M.D., George Jerry Mueck, Gloria Keraga M.D., and Sylvia Davis M.S.W. were indicted by a federal grand jury on October 29, 1997 in the Federal District Court, Houston, Texas for alleged mail and insurance fraud. The Superior Court jurors needed about a day and a half to deliberate. They cleared psychologist Daphne J. Timmons and psychiatrist J.W. Scott Wallace of any malpractice.
