-Caveat Lector- <A HREF="http://www.ctrl.org/"> </A> -Cui Bono?- =========================== The Committee for National Solidarity Tolstojeva 34, 11000 Belgrade, YU Dear Madam / Sir, We are sending you the article "America Orders" by Mrs. Simonida Dragas, a recognized expert on Kosovo and Metohia, in hope that it will be of use to you in achieving a better understanding of the situation in this troubled region. AMERICA ORDERS According to Skopje daily newspaper "Jutarnji vesnik" KFOR is disposing of waste and feces from the portable toilets that had been set up in its bases by pouring it out into Lepenica river in Macedonia - special trucks are regularly transporting the feces to Macedonia every day. KFOR, which is in reality a force controlled by NATO, is doing this without informing the Macedonian authorities who have no control over the pollution whatsoever. Bearing in mind the possible effects, one could soon call Macedonia "Land of Feces". Sadly, it seems that NATO troops, symbolically entitled KFOR, are doing all in their power to inflict biological destruction on the population of the Balkans. Their aim is simple and it fits in with the ideas that are known as the New World Order in America. At first, one may approach the concept as incredulous, but after reading various literature one had received from America, it seems that the ideas of destroying between three and four billions of inhabitants of planet Earth may be much more than a product of wicked imagination. These ideas seem to be part of the plan for the world domination of America. Clause 5. of the Charter of SIO - the self-styled world government conceived in America - seems like a sound proof for this statement: "It is necessary to launch an international action directed at control of birth rate all across the globe". Most nations should accordingly perform explicit actions of birth rate control. In many nations birth rate should be zero and precise deadlines are set out for this task. ALBANIANS STOP PROCREATING ? One of the first impressions and thoughts reached after reading clause 5 of this program directed at achieving the world domination might as well be "Albanians procreate no more!" And all of that in the name of the New World Order, so this order of "peace, justice and security" may be established upon the decimated world population - the decimation being a necessity since "the world community is dependent on the limited energy and mineral resources". That sentence is the key: Resources in any given territory are not limitless, thus they must be controlled by one power, one country, one authority. And those who oppose it will be bombed to the ground! When one contemplates this pattern of American violence, it is interesting to note that only one nation is exempted from the rigid rules of the New World Order - the Albanians. That could be explained by number of facts - they are a highly aggressive nation and Albania itself had been severely isolated for so long. Bearing in mind their history of continuous insurrections, one could even say that, as such, Albanians are a perfect instrument for the American plans for world domination. So far, they are quite successful. However, the question of how long this "loving" relationship between Albanians and masterminds of New World Order will last remains open. America’s favorites are highly productive nation in terms of demography - in fact, it was their demographic expansionism in Serbia that had enabled them to proclaim rule over the territory of Kosovo and Metohia! Just like the KFOR trucks with feces, this is a fact that cannot be denied, nor covered up: Up until 1960 a decent demographic balance between Albanian population on one and Serbs and Montenegrins on the other hand had existed in Kosovo and Metohia. The statistics show that after 1961 Albanian annual birth rate rose up to 30 %, while annual birth rate of Serbs and Montenegrins remained on the same level as before - around 10 %. Was that the beginning? A FABRICATED POPULATION Hand in hand with the demographic explosion of Albanian population in Kosovo and Metohia came the games of "fabricating" their territorial and political rights. The organization of Communist party in Kosovo became the most important factor in the province in that period. Importance of other forms of organizations that used to deal with various communal issues ( counties, municipalities etc. ) decreased drastically. Only the number of the new born Albanians was increasing sharply. With the sharp increase of Albanian population a jovial sentence "In Kosovo every Albanian woman gives a birth to five kids every six months" came to life. Joke or no joke, Albanian demographic expansion continued and Albanians gradually took over some territories in Kosovo that used to be inhabited predominantly by Serbs and are of immense cultural, religious and historical importance for Serbs. So, for example, in 1992 there were only five Serbian households in Samodreza, the location of the church in which the army of Prince Lazar took communion prior to Battle of Kosovo in 1389. All other houses in area were Albanian. In 1991 in Glogovac out of 53611 inhabitants 53562 were Albanians, and in Orahovac 102351out of 107694 inhabitants were Albanians; in Kosovska Mitrovica out of 123394 inhabitants 86650 were Albanians and in Decani 47000 out of 49000 inhabitants were Albanians. No wonder that Albanian houses were built adjacent to the very walls of ancient monastery of Decani - sheer strength by numbers made that possible. This game of figures could be continued ad infinitam. However, one cannot dispute the fact that the sharp increase in number of Albanians inhabiting Kosovo and Metohia had been followed by an equally sharp decline in the number of Serbs and Montenegrins living in the province. What had caused the flight of Serbs and Montenegrins from their ancestral territories? Was it the policy of discrimination in favor of one group - Albanians - against all other ethnic and religiuos groups in Kosovo and Metohia that had been pursued by the authorities of the province prior to 1990? History and studies of the contemporary politics had already given clear answers to these questions. However, there still is no answer to the question that may be of vital importance to the people who strive to rule the world - the question of adjusting the demographic policy of Albanians to the strict provisions of the clause 5 of SIO Charter! Nor is there an answer to the question of how much longer will the Macedonian people endure the "pressure" of contents of special KFOR trucks with feces?
