[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] -- Saber.net is providing commercial email connectivity to professional disinformant and Internet incitement activist NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] - who has become a notorious source of lies and hysteria, most recently sending me and hundreds if not THOUSANDS of other internet users a series of apparently calculated lies about an intra-tribal dispute at the Pine Ridge Indian reservation, claiming an armed "Waco-like" standoff between the FBI and Oglala Sioux. This is far from the first time this person has indulged in utilizing the computer network resources of Saber.net for spreading dangerous lies on the Internet, which in this case may be construed as incitement to riot, pitting Native Americans who have their own inter-tribal difficulties against FBI in a manner designed to foment armed confrontation, and to encourage others to engage themselves in what would otherwise remain a NON-violent confrontation. Incitement to riot is a crime, which may in this case bear further scrutiny. In the event that NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] continues to choose an aggressive stance instead of an apologetic contritious stance, perhaps it will become necessary prevail upon contacts to investigate the alleged criminal activity of NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] , which could cause considerable inconvenience to Saber.net in the event that they continue to provide NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] with internet connectivity after being apprised of the allegations and of the actions of NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] as a commercial professional disinformant. I believe that the FBI might be interested in this NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] campaign of lies, and it would be no difficulty at all to get word to the field office of the FBI which was directly implicated in the campaign of lies. In the past, NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] has circulated a great deal of generally unverifiable information which was usually "politically incorrect" and sometimes interesting - sometimes amusing. In THIS instance, however, a line has been crossed where NewsHawk Inc. [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] appears to be taking an active participation in creating a situation which could lead to loss of life. I suggest that Saber.net take immediate steps to curtail this potentially criminal abuse of their networking facilities, which could involve Saber.net directly or indirectly in criminal or civil litigation.
