REPUBLICANS BAIL OUT AGAIN
(Washington, DC) True to form, Republicans now have abandoned
Elian Gonzalez and will not hold hearings on the unconstitutional
raid of his Miami relatives house. This underscores the need for
Judicial Watch to pursue its lawsuit against Janet Reno to
uncover the real reasons behind the Clinton-Gore Administration's
backing of Fidel Castro. Recently, the Court ordered that
document production begin.
BLUMENTHAL STRIKES AGAIN
(Washington, DC) The e-mail scandal has taken another predicted
turn by im-plicating Sidney Blumenthal, the Clinton-Gore White
House smearmeister in the destruction of e-mail evidence.
Blumenthal's apparent desire to "rid" his computer of e-mail
likely stems from his involvement in participating in Privacy Act
viola-tions, such as recently were found concerning Kathleen
Willey and Linda Tripp. Judicial Watch has other e-mail evidence
from Mr. Blumenthal, however, which he "forgot" to destroy.
"Perhaps we can send Sidney an e-mail and let him know the bad
news," stated Judicial Watch Chairman Larry Klayman.
RENO COVERS-UP AGAIN
(Washington, DC) Yesterday, upon questioning from Senator Arlen
Specter, Charles LaBella revealed that he had recommended an
independent counsel to investigate President Clinton and Bernard
Schwartz of Loral for alleged bribery in the transfer of high
satellite and missile technology to the Communist Chinese.
While the American people cannot expect Congress or the
Independent Counsel to investigate and prosecute this alleged
violation of law, Judicial Watch had filed a lawsuit on behalf of
the stock-holders of Loral against Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton,
Al Gore, Bernard Schwartz, John Huang, and others over this
matter. "The lawsuit is in progress and will uncover all the
facts and, much like the O.J. Simpson civil case, obtain justice
where the criminal justice system has failed," stated Judicial
Watch President Tom Fitton.
