This sort of reminds me of something I read decades ago (I believe in
regards to all the sudden deaths amongst witnesses or those with any
sort of peripheral intanglements in the JFK assassination), that deaths
attributable to 'heart failure' or 'heart attack' are in reality
questionable pronouncements, since ALL causes of death can ultimately
be attributable to 'heart failure'...e.g., the heart stops beating, the
person is dead. It doesn't say anything about what may have led to the
heart's stoppage...whether due to age or medical condition (coronary
blockage, or other advanced disease), a bullet to the brain, or
drinking arsenic...
The implication was that any unexpected death that is attributable to
heart failure or attack should be looked at more closely and not just
accepted at face value...
Seems to me ALL plane crashes, no matter what the INITIATING cause, can
ultimately be attributed to "the pilot's failure to maintain control of
the airplane"...the same thing could even be said about the Lockerbie
crash, the crash of TWA800, Egypt Airline, and Alaska Airline....
Sure, the plane may have exploded into bits...but the ultimate cause of
crashing was due to the pilot's failure to maintain control of those
bits... :-7
