Blessings, Prudence,
This seems to make sense for Federal loans, since nursing licenses, other
professional licenses and even some types of driver's licenses are affected
by prior drug convictions.. Also, a security clearance is affected by prior
drug convictions. All drug convictions on government property, like
military bases, become Federal offenses.
