-Caveat Lector-

Many confused elderly voters apparently had trouble with their ballots in the US 
elections. Personally I don't see why people who can't even figure out how to fill out 
a ballot paper should be allowed to vote for anything anyhow. I'm a big believer in 
having basic intelligence tests for humanoids who want to vote. Maybe a minimum IQ of 
100 or so before you're allowed to vote. A move towards a meritocracy.
