Why is the US asking for the extradition of Osama bin Laden for the bombings
in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam and not the countries (Kenya and Tanzania)
where it actually took place ?
I mean, if i shot a man in USA i wouldnt be expected to be extradited to
Sweden.
US embassies are considered to be a part of the United States, regardless of
the country that the embassy is in. The bombings of the US embassies in
Kenya and Tanzania both technically took place on US soil.
