BTW, how this ties into conspiracy theory: Consciously or
unconsciously, rape could be considered a conspiracy to keep women in
fear, thus preventing them from reaching their full potential.
One more thing: women with infants and small children are particularly
vulnerable, because they are obviously distracted. If I had to go to
the mall with the kids when they were little, I went with another adult
as well. Plus there was always a pair of eyes on the kids, for their
safety.
