Please list these "slave owning southern
states." Could you possibly mean "FORMER" slave owning southern
states? And how are they different from states not in the South where
slaves were owned formerly, which was just about all of them, wasn't it?
And also please explain how they have control over the government with
such small populations. Congressional districts are still based on
population, aren't they? My state only has around 5 million total despite being
23rd in land area. If these states have "control of the government" I was
not aware of this and am very glad to learn of it as there are some major
changes I have in mind.
