-Caveat Lector- I only caught the first half of the show on crop circles but really liked it! The History Channel has one on UFO's I believe is tonight. Some of the crop circles were quite elaborate. I could se two guys with a rope and board making the plain circles but the more elaborate designs would take some time and measurements being taken. Anybody have explanations? Favorite theories? I saw some "ice rings" on a pond during our recent freeze and asked a couple of farmers about possible causes and they seemed to think an underground spring bubbling up warmer water could cause this. Hhuumm--they were near perfect circles but I suppose it is possible. Maybe I should ask them about crop circles. I would need photos to show them as I doubt they are familiar with this phenomenon.
