elected municipal/county/state authorities, said dog is duly EXECUTED
according to the statutes of the jurisdiction, if it is not redeemed before
said execution date.

Who are 'they' that go around murdering or executing owners of roaming dogs?
Gee, the most my parents could ever do is write a ticket...even though they
were the equivalent to a police officer, and wore a badge and had full power
of arrest, neither ever wore a gun. The only 'firearm' either used was a
dart gun, and only on dogs, never the owners... ;-)
My mother DID have a little black bag full of hypodermics and whatever the
med is that puts dogs to sleep...used it in the field to put dogs down that
were run over by cars and too far gone for hope...never used it on owners of
roaming dogs, tho... ;-)
