isn't it all just a case of a myth generating a reality?
but it really isn' all that strange *within context* i.e. it doesn't take
long to find absolutely rotten pictures (not an image quality judgement that
btw) of people's "interactions" with animals.
no-one heard about hoovers? or the related gas station compressed air
accidents? i think they were another myth spawning actual incident type
things.
and the rather sweet moral is that the reality never manages the heights of
the myth (and always end with an embaressing trip to the accident and
emergancy dept)
