Yes, in that their are international memebrs and there is a relationship
with DKE which is international. There is talk of their alignment with other
groups in other countries, but hey its a secret.
Planes were one of the first items used by international terroist. They make
easy symbols and are in places sometimes of easier possibilities. Gee, Carlos
the Jackal, Algerians, the gander crash, etc . . .
