-Caveat Lector- A big part of the problem regarding the reporting of distorted pro Israeli bias in news reporting is simple logistics and lack of reporter initiative - aside from the usual bias of reporters and their editors.
Most reporters spend their time in Israeli luxury hotels and restaurants, shop in Israeli stores and malls, etc. They identify their daily life with Israel. Reporting from the PA is dangerous and difficult. Few reporters stay overnight there. Israeli soldiers try to make it difficult for reporters to access the PA or report on ongoing IDF attacks and atrocities.
