-Caveat Lector- Well Mike those were Articles of Incorporation, right? This has always been what it was - a corporation and a legal and binding contract and only those who are legally members of this corporation who can vote, have the right to dissolve?
Problem might be like ENRON.....where has all the money gone from our corporation? Well Social Security is still safe, but oh now the Public Employee Retirement Systems are in trouble for they invested in ENRON. Remember when Bobby Kennedy wrote (you may not) that someday the Teamsters would be ready to receive their pensions and the money would not be there? Bobby was fighting corruption and in a sense Jimmy Hoffa was too, for this element got him too - same people who got Bobby, got Hoffa. United States is a Corporation - everything is a contract. In return, American Citizens are say stock holders. Imagine Clinton and his Wife spending all htis money, and never writing a check? Receiving millions of dollars a year and for what? Draining our Treasury> Look at New York City and who will pay for this - we know who will not pay for this and it will be LArry Silverstein who took out an insurance policy and he will have 7 billion dollars ???? Get the picture? Who picks up all the costs - we do, higher insurance rates, taxes - and these people are getting out now - they are stealing the American people blind. Think I feel sorry for ENRON employees who said they lost a million dollars? They did not lose a million dollars, and in fact most wanted to sell their worthless stock and pass it on to us. Social Security and Railroad Retirement still working but now this element is after the Railroad Retirement omoney. It was all a scam - Silverstein and Giuliani are part of it, and so was Clinton and his Henchmen - for cui bono? Who won and who lost. We know 3 thousand people died and so the victims get money more for their silence than their welfare.....else why now do we have all these people who will die and be disabled because of the toxic waste in the air........ See who profits - watch.........America is our Corporation, these elected people are our servants who have made bonded servants out of its people. To tell the truth American can no longer afford these bastards and no doubt this is why many did not give a damn when somebody sent in the Anthrax to our chosen ones......nobody really cared. It has come to this - government plans to slaughter our people and we have a choice for it is us or them? Supreme court rules that when government becomes so odious as to become intolerable to its people, the people have a right to abolish same.
