-Caveat Lector- The reason behind giving people the urns with dust from the bottom of the rubble of the world trade center was so that they could have some kind of closure, not that there would really BE closure in this type of situation. I am sure that the urns were not forced on people...only given to the ones that wanted to participate. Grief is a very, very personal thing. What will upset one will calm another.
