-Caveat Lector- This all may be true in NJ. But the clinics are helpful for the poor, because they can wait till they better establish themselves before they have children. The "elite" can have their procedures performed anyway. And even with these clincis in areas that predominantely minority there is still a dramatic rise in the Hispanic population. So much so that the Hispanic population is expected to outnumber the African American populaiton in the next decade. And if you ask me Hispanics have not reached the level of even African Americans in our society, especially in the eyes of the elite. So I seriously doubt that abortion is so mechanism of the elite to curtail minority populaitons. Many Hispanics are Roman Catholic and the predominate (traditional) viewpoint of the Catholic Church forbids the use of abotion procedures.
