Man Given Visitation Despite Child Porn Arrest - A Rhode Island Attorney arrested on child pornography charges was granted visitation with his young son Friday. The judge said the child's biological father deserves visitation rights, even though the father, Ralph Gonnella, has been accused of taking sexually explicit pictures of the 7-year-old boy. The boy's mother, Tamara Arrington, asked the court Friday to deny Gonnella unsupervised visitation with the boy. Arrington said she's worried about the boy's safety.
