Here's a thought. Why, if the government (or people within it) are trying to scare the hell out of people with the threat of "terrorism," going so far as to either have let 9/11 happen or have made it happen, to create a police state, and/or usher in the NWO, or whatever, why would it downplay this sort of thing as not being terrorist acts?
