* dynamic-message-list.js: fix a bug in web client introduced by Alex's change
to >= rather than = for getMessagesSince
* improvements to debug logging of web client
* cleanup of some imports
* added some extra code in commented-out form to TestInitializer, and to its
tests (currently causes widespread test failure if uncommented due to test
cleanup issues)
* move lots of test cleanup to DBUsingTest.tearDown()
