* shell/rb-statusbar.c: (rb_statusbar_finalize),
(rb_statusbar_sync_with_source),
(rb_statusbar_source_status_changed_cb): do the sync in an idle
callback, rather than immediately every time. Takes ~5% off my warm-cache
startup time.
* bindings/python/rhythmdb.defs: fix the types using for
RhythmDBEntryTypes.
