don't try to download an episode if it couldn't be parsed. Fixes bug
339712.
* shell/rb-removable-media-manager.c:
(rb_removable_media_manager_set_uimanager): don't show the "Copy to
Library" option when track transfer is disabled. Fixes bug 339728.
