(rhythmdb_entry_finalize), (_get_podcast_playback_uri),
(rhythmdb_entry_podcast_post_get_type),
(rhythmdb_entry_get_double), (rhythmdb_entry_get_playback_uri): add a
virtual function to entry-types for getting the playback URI. From bug
330226.
* backends/gstreamer/rb-encoder-gst.c:
(create_pipeline_and_source), (extract_track):
* shell/rb-shell-player.c: (rb_shell_player_open_entry): use the above
to get the URI.
