* src/orca/settings.py
Added in support for speech punctuation style.
Keyword is "verbalizePunctuationStyle". There are three
new definitions:
PUNCTUATION_STYLE_NONE = 0
PUNCTUATION_STYLE_SOME = 1
PUNCTUATION_STYLE_ALL = 2
* src/orca/orca_prefs.py
Added in a new routine:
_getVerbalizePunctuationStyleString(punctuationStyle):
that returns a string that represents the punctuation
style passed in.
Adjusted the writePreferences() routine to use it.
* src/orca/orca_gui_prefs.py
Added in support for reading and writing the speech
punctuation style preference.
