* TODO: Added Gnome VFS.
* Replaced GtkFileSelection by GtkFileChooserDialog and did some
cleanups and fixed some UTF-8 bugs in the process.
* gncal/calendar-manager.c: (calendar_manager_load_file):
(calendar_manager_append_file):
(calendar_manager_save_file): Added API documentation.
* gncal/calendar-widget: (save_calendar):
(calendar_widget_calendar_save): Convert filename to UTF-8 before
setting an error message.
(calendar_widget_calendar_load): Added API documentation. Don't allow
the filename argument to be NULL anymore.
* gncal/gnomecal-main-window.c: (gncal_main_window_load_file_response):
(gncal_main_window_save_file_response):
(gncal_main_window_new_calendar_cb): Removed.
(gncal_main_window_open_calendar_cb): Removed namespace prefix.
(open_calendar_cb):
(save_as_calendar_cb): Use GtkFileChooser and gtk_dialog_run().
* gncal/gncal-prefs.c: (can_user_execute):
(is_file_executable_cb):
(set_file_chooser_filter_executables): New utility functions.
(gncal_prefs_command_chosen):
(gncal_prefs_browse_for_command): Use GtkFileChooser.
