* time-tool.c: added, inherits from gst-tool, containing all the
necessary to access the system time configuration
* time-tool.h: modified to be time-tool.c header file
* Makefile.am: compile these too
* tz-map.[ch]: s/GstTimeTool/GstTool/g
* timeserv.c: name in .glade file for the NTP servers list has
changed, also enable by default the servers added by hand
* main.c: refactor, comment some code out, use OobsTimeConfig instead
of the XML interface. It works, but there are still lots of code to
cut out.
