* reports/easy-fix.cgi: new report to search for open easy-fix
bugs and try to put them in a logical order (bugs that have been
easy-fix for a long time, or that have comments after having the
keyword set, or that have patches are pushed lower on the list).
No known bugs, but it could probably be improved in a number of
ways.
