* patches/src680/win32-multi-lang-installer.diff: New patch from
HEAD. Sets up a custom action for the Win32 MSI installer. If the
installer is a multi-language one the custom action deselects the
features corresponding to other languages than the system default
UI language.
* patches/src680/apply: Add it to Win32Common.
