* shell/ev-sidebar-thumbnails.c: Disable old idle-based
thumbnailing code in favor of threaded code.
* backend/ev-job-queue.[ch]: Initial implementation of the job
queue.
* backend/ev-jobs.[ch]: Job objects. Pretty uninteresting right
now.
* backend/ev-document*: Add locks. This is pretty wrong right
now, but we can get away with it.
