Info.cs: Use the Request parameters to selectively request information.
FilterFactor.cs: Copy the timestamp if set by the filter (forgot from
yesterday).
ExtractContent.cs: Print timestamp.
FilterExternal.cs: Give external filters higher priority than other filters.
That will allow users to bypass installed filters if they like.
