* src/PixbufLoader.cs: synchronize the hashtable.
* src/IconView.cs: fix the bounds check so that the first image in
the icon view will generate thumbnails.
* src/PixbufCache.cs: fixup the thumbnail generator listener that
was broken when gnome-vfs support was added.
