Merging HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.477 to 1.478
* copy-src/helpers/Makefile.am: added gobject-helpers.h
* copy-src/helpers/gobject-helpers.h: G_DEFINE style macros to make
creating new interfaces easier
* copy-src/recent-files/egg-recent-util.c: updated from HEAD
* data/criawips.ui: added a place holder for the master slide list
* src/dom/Makefile.am: added the theme view files
* src/dom/cria-theme-view.c: a theme view interface
* src/dom/cria-theme-view.h: a theme view interface
* src/dom/cria-theme.c: code cleanup, added 'added-master-slide'
signal
* src/dom/cria-theme.h: code cleanup, added 'added-master-slide'

* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: implement the theme view interface,
some cleanup, added some debugging code, fix creating multiple master
slides by giving them nice names, added stock icons for the master
