Merged HEAD patch: ChangeLog 1.482 to 1.483
* src/dom/cria-presentation.c: some code cleanup
* src/dom/cria-slide-list.h: fix macros
* src/dom/cria-slide-view.c: take the property id too, make the
(un)register calls a bit safer
* src/dom/cria-slide-view.h: take the property id too
* src/dom/cria-slide.c: the slide is a slide view too (master slide),
slide views do update correctly now, even if the master slide gets a
new block; fixed a really stupid thing
* src/rendering/cria-slide-renderer.c: manage the slide property id on
our own, listen to master slide changes for a redraw too
* src/widgets/cria-main-window.c: manage the slide property id on our
own
* src/widgets/cria-slide-properties-dialog.c: manage the slide
property id on our own, improve some minor things
* src/widgets/cria-title-bar.c: manage the slide property id on our
own
