Move all the duplicated DBUS defines here.

* src/gpm-prefs-core.c:
* src/gpm-statistics-core.c:
Use gpm-powermanager.h rather than defining them ourselves.
* src/gpm-powermanager.c:
Provide a simple accessor class so that the brightness applet
can easily talk to g-p-m. Just create an instance of this
class, and then don't worry about DBUS. ;-)
