* applets/brightness/brightness-applet.c:
A few minor changes:
- Use the global g-p-m version, not 0.1
- Use the gnome-power-manager yelp file.
- Set the applet name prefix to be 'Power Manager' to
indicate it's part of the same package.
- Make some localised text a little nicer.
