Log message:
* bin/gegl-projection.c: (gegl_projection_constructor),
(set_property), (get_property): override default values of properties
properly.
* gegl/buffer/gegl-buffer.c: (set_property): Do not set buffer if NULL
is passed in, this is needed to avoid changing it in construct when
no format is being passed (thus being set to NULL).
