* XmlRpcMarshaller.java: Change name of XmlRpcMarshaller method to
xmlRpcMarshal,
and name of marshalled field type to xmlRpcMarshalledType.
* XmlRpcDemarshaller.java: Change name of method to xmlRpcDemarshal.
* XmlRpcHandler.java: Implement recursive marshalling support for Map and List
types.
* XmlRpcCustomType.java: Update for marshal changes.
* XmlRpcRecursiveCustomType.java: New test recursive type.
* XmlRpcHandlerTests.java: Test XmlRpcRecursiveCustomType.
* ChatTests.java: Switch to use new recursive marshalling support.
* ActiveTopic.java: Update for marshal/demarshal changes.
