* Deploy To Local Tomcat Server.launch: Require a web/tomcat-deploy.properties
file which contains the various tomcat properties instead of having people
do string substitutions in their Eclipse preferences.
* YarrrServlet.java: Move unknown topic bits into unknowntopic.jsp. Use
JSP attributes on pages instead of URL query parameters.
* index.jsp: Renamed here to index.html.
* unknowntopic.jsp: New file.
* topic.js: Handle unset cookie for yarrrName.
* topic.jsp: Update to use JSP attributes (much cleaner).
* .cvsignore: Ignore tomcat-deploy.properties.
* Deploying To Tomcat.txt: New file. Read it!
