(MakeMethodInfos): forgot to increment index in the loop over
inherited interfaces
(Create): moved to Bridge
(Dispatch): implement.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-mono_bridge-h.diff: add
some meat to MonoProxy class decl.
* patches/mono/bridges-source-mono_uno-mono_proxy-cxx.diff: new
file. Native part of the UNO wrapper for Mono Objects.
