* Whiteboard.java: fix a bug where the first stroke never got removed
from the client after being added to the server
* topic.css, whiteboard.js: add a border around thumbnail and whiteboard;
add a "Edit Whiteboard" button (not wired up yet)
Note that the thumbnails are currently sent as the full-size images;
scaling down is happening on both client and server (server result being
thrown away ATM...)
