* ActiveTopic.java: Move all polling functionality out of here and into
Yarrr.java.
* Yarrr.java: Polling moves into here. We create a new PollContext object
which maintains a set of client state and present people, etc.
* YarrrServlet.java: Don't store client id persistently.
* YarrrXmlRpcMethods.java: Allow polling on any object, not just ActiveTopic.
* referencableobject.js: Create new Yarrr object which maintains polling state.
* topic.js: Move polling out of here. Also kill all references to theTopic
by creating new onUnread signal which we pass down through constructors.
* topic.jsp: Update for new Yarrr object, etc.
